Mr. Sudhir Balachandran, the visionary founder and coordinator of Nakshatra Preschool for Little Wonders, brings with him over 35 years of professional excellence and a deep commitment to shaping young minds with love, discipline, and purpose.
Mr. Balachandran’s career spans decades in leadership roles across India, Oman, and Zambia. From starting out with Eureka Forbes in 1989, to holding top positions at MRF Tyres, Saud Bahwan Auto LLC, and Superdoll Zambia Ltd., he has consistently led with integrity, innovation, and results.
Yet his true calling came not from the boardroom—but from the classroom.
Since 2021, Mr. Balachandran has shifted his focus to education and child development, delivering guest lectures at leading business schools, heading the Subhiksha Institute of Advanced Learning, and most meaningfully, building Nakshatra Preschool into a center of excellence for early learning.
